Healthy Food Rocks

It is important to eat healthy so you will look good, feel good about yourself and have a healthy body. To stay on a healthy diet I try to eat something under each food pyramid category,Grains, Vegetables,Fruits,Milk and Meat and Beans. When eating Grains you should eat at least 3 ounces which you should look for the name"whole." For vegetables you should eat a variety of dark greens and orange veggies. When you drink milk you should go low-fat or fat-free. Also, you should eat allot of fruits but stay away from fruit juices. When you cook your meat you should bake it,broil it, or grill it. I love to eat crunchy stuff like chips and pretzels but only eat a proportional amount. I also like sweets but only usually have one a day eating the desert earlier so you can fall asleep at night. As well, I find balance for my food and the activities I do like soccer and tennis. Lastly, to stay healthy you should not go over your calorie limit if you make good food choices.

Junk food is Bad for You

My junk food is Smart Food Popcorn which is 100 calories per 1 package. One ingredient called Disodium Phosphate is in the popcorn but aside popcorn it is used in hair bleaching,toothpaste,mouthwash, and anti-aging. As well, there is much sodium in junk food which can effect your heart. Lastly, Junk food is bad for you, so just dont eat to much and you will stay very healthy!
